Terms and Conditions
All sales are final except those covered under our Guarantee program. All system materials must be received in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund and returned to us at your expense within 30 - 60 days after purchase. In the event that you exercise a refund under the Guarantee program, you must contact the “Quick Close”^™ Companies by phone or by e-mail to receive a return authorization number (RA). Once you are provided with an RA number, you must return the materials in re-salable condition within 7 business days via trackable means. The “Quick Close”^™ Companies will not be held responsible for any lost packages. Returns received without an RA number are not eligible for a refund. In addition, to receive your full refund, you must supply us with copies of all advertising placed, along with the names of the newspapers and other shopper-type papers, and copies of all receipts that deal with the proper execution of the “Quick Close”^™ Home Sale; i.e., printing, signage, postage, labor, etc.

Additional Terms And Conditions
I authorize the “Quick Close”^™ Companies to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that the “Quick Close”^™ Companies do not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release the “Quick Close”^™ Companies and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. I assume full responsibility for my conduct, as well as my personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being as it relates to any and all information provided by the “Quick Close”^™ Companies.

I understand providing the information on the check-out page gives the “Quick Close”^™ Companies permission to communicate with me by fax, e-mail, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws. I also agree that no program materials will be listed for sale on E-bay.

I agree that all sales are final after 60 days of purchase and I agree that I will not contact my credit card company after the 60-day refund period has expired.

Duty to Read
I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy provided to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am prohibited from using lack of reading of the Terms and Conditions as a defense.
